South African Universities Set To Introduce B.Sc In Witchcraft

News making rounds has it that the South African Minister of Higher Education and Training, Blade Nzimande has announced plans to have witchcraft included in the curriculum from 2018, giving students who wish to get an education on witchcraft the chance to do so in the country’s universities.

The minister made this known while addressing representatives from student unions around the country, adding that the introduction of the course is aimed at learning skills which are peculiar to people who practice witchcraft. Announcing the bizarre move, he urged future university entrees to consider taking Witchcraft as a course.

He said: “There is a lot we can learn from witchcraft, like how they fly in that winnowing basket. Imagine if we learn that skill. It will eradicate traffic jams and everyone will just get in their basket and fly. It also means we will not be importing fuel anymore.”

Again, this is unconfirmed and there are no facts whatsoever to substantiate Stella’s claims but then the descriptions fit like hand in glove.

According to the report, the movie star wanted a hush-hush wedding in Milan, a ceremony devoid of all the glitz and glamour befitting of a star in her mould. But this unusualness got the family of the guy in question disturbed to the point where the groom’s father reportedly planned not to attend had the wedding held.

At 37, she is not any less desirable and it is important to add that the mother of one is most likely still getting calls and requests for dates from teeming admirers.
But as is customarily appropriate with Africans, our sultry screen star is expected to settle down at some point otherwise she is deemed an underachiever in many quarters.
And time is already far spent for many a lady in her age bracket would be desperate to make it happen anyway possible today, whatever the odds.
But the report says she is still “calling the shots”, which is fairly impressive because if anything it teaches women in society to embrace independence as marriage is not and will never be a benchmark to ascertain true success.
True success comes from within. Pure success is never contingent on anyone else as much as it comes from an individual.
It comes from a successful career, a strong relationship with the most high, a life of truth, selflessness, moral excellence, love and greatfulness, among other things.
We must rise beyond the illogical point of putting pressure on women in society today as far as marriage is concerned as more often than not this is what leads to many broken marriages.
And as long as the most premium is placed on people hurriedly getting married whether or not their bond is deep enough for such, we will continue to have issues hovering around divorce and domestic violence.
Not to support any lady making outrageous demands and what not, but the man is not always correct. And for the record, single women are just as successful as their married counterparts, there are no specific points that say otherwise.
It’s all a thing of the mind, an African thing, a Nigerian practice that is largely unfounded.

Prophet Fernando, a South African clergyman, popularly known Prophett Ralidzivha, has stirred serious attention.
The charismatic prosperity gospel preacher recently claimed to posses spiritual power to turn water into blood, a comment which left many South Africans talking.
According to The Southern Daily, the prophet made true his claim at a recent service.
Prophett Ralidzivha reportedly asked his congregants to put water inside a steel dish and then write prayer requests on papers.
After putting the pieces of paper in the dish, the prophet reportedly prayed for the ‘prayer requests’ which then turned into blood instantly.
Reports state that this is  not the first time “miracles” like this would occur in his church as people have experienced different kinds of shocking “miracles, signs and wonders before in his church”

In a video which has gone viral on Facebook, Controversial Ghanaian Pastor Daniel Obinim could be seen beating the teenagers – whose names were not immediately known – with a whip. This was the same pastor who was seen anointing the joystick of his male congregant in a recent viral video.

He accused the girl, as he lashed her, of having sex instead of focusing on work as an apprentice.
Whipping the boy for allegedly impregnating the girl, Obinim questioned how he was going to take of her and the baby since he (the boy) was unemployed.

At one point, the girl ran away after the beating became unbearable, but Obinim ordered one of his pastors to bring her back.

He continued the beating as soon as she was brought back, saying “Why are you such a fool. Why are you such a fool?” as he lashed her ferociously.

Tameka “Tiny” Harris is enjoying her new life as a single mother under her own roof. The 41-year-old mother of four recently moved into a fabulous $1.4 million mansion on the golf course in the exclusive Eagles Landing subdivision in Henry County, Georgia.
Tiny purchased the home back in 2014 after she learned her estranged husband, rap mogul Clifford “Tip” Harris, Jr, aka T.I., cheated on her with an Instagram groupie. The 35-year-old rapper allegedly cheated on Tiny again last month, and Tiny decided she’d had enough.

Man Jailed In Ogun State For Naming His Pet Dog ‘Buhari’

Joe Fortemose Chinakw, a 30-year-old trader, was arrested by the Ogun State Police for reportedly naming his dog ‘Buhari’. This came after a complaint was filed by his neighbour, a northerner.
Sources told Vanguard that following Chinakwe’s arrest, the police tried to retrieve the dog as evidence, but this failed as Chinakwe is alleged to have gotten his relatives to kill and eat the dog’s meat.
Chinakwe was refused bail and transferred to the police headquarters after his northern neighbour’s kinsmen threatened to kill him if he is granted bail.
Speaking with news men, Chinakwe’s relative, Chiedozie, said:
“Chinakwe is a lover of dogs and he names them after things that tickle him. He bought this dog a year ago and named it Buhari. Unfortunately, some Northerners, who dominate the vicinity where he resides misconstrued his intention and connived to take him up. The complainant then claimed it was derogatory because his father answers Buhari.”
A police source said Chinakwe had incited the northerners.
“He not only named the dog Buhari but boldly wrote it on the body of both sides of the dog and was seen parading the neighbourhood dominated by Northerners with it.”
Confirming the arrest, the acting Police spokesman in Ogun State, Abimbola Oyeyemi, ASP, said Chinakwe would be charged to court for breach of peace.
“The man bought a dog and inscribed Buhari on both sides of its body. One Mallam lodged a complaint and when our men got there, we found out that it was true. You know such thing can cause serious breach of the peace and ethnic or religious unrest. We are charging him to court for conduct likely to cause a breach of peace.”
“He was arrested last Saturday and we are taking him to court. You know an average Northerner will feel bad over such a thing. It can cause serious ethnic crisis or religious confrontation because when you are relegating such a name to a certain person, you are indirectly insulting him.”
However, the ASP refuted claims that Chinakwe’s relatives killed and ate the dog.
“The dog cannot follow anybody except the owner. We will use him as our evidence because he did not deny it,” the ASP said.

Breaking: Police seal PDP’s Convention venue

Officers and men of the Nigeria Police Force have sealed all the roads leading to the Sharks Stadium in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, venue of the convention of the People’s Democratic Party.
News men gathered that as early as 5am, several policemen were deployed in the City, alongside Armoured Personnel Carriers.
The policemen equally sealed part of the Rivers State Government House.
Affected in the main are the Old Presidential Lodge and the Deputy Governor’s Lodge.
They have been blocked with APCs.
Some of the stalwarts of the PDP who have arrived ahead of the National Convention are lodged in the Old Presidential Lodge and the Deputy Governor’s Lodge.
Though there has been no official reaction to the development from the Police, those who spoke off record among the policemen said they were told to enforce the order of Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja that the National Convention must not hold.

The family then proceed with plans to give the dead a befitting burial, that usually portrays the kind of life the person lived. Usually, if the family can afford to, a ‘lavish’ funeral party is thrown, with beautiful pictures of the person displayed on both funeral brochures and banners. In Adansi Praso, Ghana, a dead man’s obituary was announced with an unusual picture. A picture of him drinking a bottle of beer, was used, which leaves room for the question “was this man a known drunkard?”  Lol

48-year-old man defiles 18 months old baby

A 48-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping an 18-month-old baby – The sad incident occurred at 23, Adebayo Street in Owutu area of Ikorodu, Lagos – The suspect identified as Emmanuel Magbatie has denied the allegation A 48-year-old man, Emmanuel Magbatie, allegedly raped an 18-month-old baby at 23, Adebayo Street in Owutu area of Ikorodu, Lagos. Magbatie who was paraded alongside other notorious suspects, at the Lagos State Police Command, said he is a labourer, married with five grown up kids and did not commit the act.
“I am married with five grown up kids. I am a bricklayer. I didn’t rape the victim. She walked into my room; I didn’t touch her, let alone rape her. Usually, she comes to my house to play with my children”, he says. “That morning, I didn’t go to work. So when she entered my house, my children were not at home but she was playing. When her mother was calling her name, I answered and told her that her daughter was inside my room”, he added.
“Immediately she came in and carried her away. About thirty minutes later, she came back shouting that I have raped her daughter. If I raped her why wasn’t she crying inside my room”, he asked. The victim’s mother gave her account of the incident, said: “On August 3, i left my baby inside to fetch water within the vicinity. But when i came back, she noticed the baby wasn’t in the room. So she began to call her name to know if she had entered any of her neighbour’s room. It was then that Emmanuel responded and said that she was inside his room”. “After waiting for her to come out of his room, she didn’t. I decided to enter his room. Lo and behold, I saw my daughter on his bed, while Emmanuel’s fingers were inside her vaginal. Immediately, I raised an alarm and then reported the case to Owutu Police Station before they transferred the case to Lagos State Police Command’s gender unit,” she says. According to reports, it was revealed that the medical test conducted on the victim confirmed that there was penetration.
Although the toddler was rushed to Ikorodu General Hospital by her parents but was later taken to Mirabel Centre at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, for further tests to discover the impact of the act on her and also get help afterwards. The world is getting all the more unsafe for kids as they are the most vulnerable to crimes of all age now.

As if Tamar Braxton doesn’t have enough drama going on in her life right now, she and her husband Vincent Herbert (pictured above headed to the doctor's office in L.A. recently) will be heading to court after a audio/video company pulled the trigger on a new lawsuit.

It’s being reported the couple hired Crystal Clear Audio & Video to install custom wiring in their Calabasas home back in December. The problem? They never paid the full bill. At least, that’s what the home renovation company claims. Not only that, this alleged unpaid bill is reportedly affecting the small business as it struggles to meet payroll. Really?

The audio/video company filed the paperwork for the overdue balance, interest and collection fees that total $3,724. Now, the case is set to go before a judge at the end of the month in small claims court.

Hmm….maybe this bill just slipped through the cracks?

Reports state that the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” stars are unloading their East Atlanta home, putting it up for sale last month. The 4-bedroom, 5-bath home is already in escrow for $699K. The site reports Cynthia may cop a new lakeside pad outside Atlanta.
As you all know, the former couple has been living separately since the spring. Peter has been staying in Charlotte, NC to work on his new sports bar, while the Bailey Agency founder stays in their home in ATL. Not for long though.
